The Insurers will indemnify the Insured against their liability to pay compensation (including claimants' costs, fees and expenses) 
for and/or arising out of Injury and/or Damage. This is specialized cover and a Knights Insurance Consultant needs to meet with the client to assist.

The indemnity applies only to claims first made against the Insured during the Period of Insurance and arising out of the Contract.

Each quotation of Insurance under these types of cover will be individually underwritten and as such the policy wording may differ from case to case. A full proposal form needs to be completed for each request for a quotation.
